1.Air pretreatment

The molecular sieve is a key core component in the PSA oxygen generator. He is very delicate and has strict requirements on the air that supplies oxygen to it—clean and dry (dusting, degreasing, and removing moisture). Otherwise, the molecular sieve will soon fail. A good molecular sieve oxygen generator generally uses four-stage air filtration and air-cooling. 2.Power

The medical PSA oxygen generator must consume a certain amount of power because it needs to perform sufficient air pre-treatment – four-stage air filtration and air cold-drying. Therefore, the oxygen production power of a good oxygen generator plus the power consumed by air pretreatment will be relatively large, and it will generally reach 300 to 400W of power.

If the molecular sieve oxygen generator power is less than 150W, this oxygen generator cannot be purchased. It is definitely an oxygen-stealing machine that cuts down on work and has a short life.

3.Oxygen generator humidification bottles

Some molecular sieve oxygen generators are equipped with humidified bottles, while others do not. How to identify this? To judge with the “first” point. The role of the humidifying bottle is that the air after lyophilization is still very dry after being oxygenated and cannot be directly used by humans for breathing, otherwise the nostrils will dry and bleed. Dry oxygen must be humidified in the humidification bottle to avoid this phenomenon. If the molecular sieve oxygen generator is not equipped with a humidifier bottle, it will not be falsified.

If the medical oxygen generator is equipped with a humidifier bottle, judge according to the “first” point: 1. If the molecular sieve oxygen generator has a good air pre-treatment configuration, reach the requirement in the “first” point, this It is a good oxygen generator. 2. If the molecular sieve oxygen generator has no air pre-drying treatment at all, it is equipped with a humidifier bottle, which is also false extra and can only show that some of the fakes are realistic.
